Promotions Assistant (Part-Time)
Lotus Broadcasting is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our Street Team! If you love events, music, and engaging with people, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in radio and promotions.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with live broadcasts, station events, and promotions
- Set up and break down equipment (broadcast gear, tables, banners, etc.)
- Drive station vehicles to event locations
- Interact with listeners, run contests, and represent the station on-site
- Work with on-air talent and studio staff to execute live events
- Help coordinate promotions and troubleshoot on-site issues
- Office assistance
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable transportation
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Radio, promotions, or event experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Basic audio equipment knowledge or Adobe/Microsoft Office skills
